生地は、50sのサーマルシャツを元に、和歌山の希少な編み機を用いて、独自に再構築した綿100%のオリジナルダブルフェイス畦編みサーマル。紡績時に余分な綿繊維を削ぎ落とし艶と滑らかさを引き出す高品質コーマ糸を用い、密度を詰めて特殊な畦編み組織で編み立てた肉厚のある生地は、上質な素材感溢れる特殊なサーマルとなっており、表地は細い縦畝柄、裏地は肌当たりの良いフラットな生地面となるダブルフェイス仕様。着心地、保温性にも優れ、着込むほどに経年での風合いも体感できるオリジナルサーマル素材として作り込んでいます。

デザインはは50sミリタリーサーマルモチーフのクルーネック。肌当たりの良い平な縫い代を構築する4本針フラットシーム、袖口の振り編み柄リブ、裾のロック仕上げ、綿糸縫製等、手間のかかるクラシカルな仕様を再構築。ロック仕上げの裾は、ボトムにもインしやすく、 寒い時期のインナーとしても使い勝手に優れた仕様としています。さらに衿には、古い年代の希少なネックリブを再現した特殊な『タックカノコ編みリブ』を用いており、雰囲気溢れるサーマルシャツの存在感をさらに引き立てています。縫製は、熟練の技術を必要とする4本針フラットシーム縫製で縫い代の凹凸を平面にし、時間をかけ縫い上げ、クラシカルなアンダーシャツの雰囲気と着心地の良さを更に高めた難度の高い総綿糸での縫製仕様としています。
